On our trip to San Salvador, we visited Deny’s home and met her family, she is the youngest of five. A few months ago Deny wanted to leave fifth grade because she didn’t feel like she fit in. With the help of her teachers and classmates, today she’s happily attending school. Her mother showed an amazing amount of grace as she welcomed us into her home and introduced us to her family. She said “my home is simple, but we are all here.”
