Our Process

We seek local solutions

We are committed to utilizing resources available in the communities we serve. That means partnering with other non-profit organizations who are ingrained in the communities and are eliminating another barrier to education. The uniforms we provide are all made by local tailors. Each project we fund helps strengthen the local community, with more children in school and more available jobs. View our partners.

Our Process

Preparing

Our local partners identify children and families in need of uniform support as well as qualified, local tailors.

Planning

With oversight from our partners the selected tailors will visit the schools to measure each child. Uniforms are then made and delivered to each school (or community).

Execution

Children, parents, community members and our local partner gather for each child to receive their uniform. This is typically a celebratory day for the families and the school!

Review

Once a project is complete we work with our partner to collect data, ensure that the process went smoothly for the tailors and highlight any changes that need to be made going forward.

How we choose

Our Partners

We believe we are all stronger when we work together so we carefully choose our partners: local non-profits with a proven track record of eliminating additional barriers to education. Children cannot attend school without a uniform, but there are other challenges our children and families face. Our partners help us ensure that each child we support has a better chance of success in the future.

Without our partners our work would not be possible. They know each family, their goals and their struggles. Each organization is vetted throughout the lifetime of the partnership.

School is the only thing that can change your future.
