Challenge
There are numerous challenges to getting children educated in Kenya. Across our five Kenyan partnerships, proper teacher training, feeding programs and addressing the whole child are the main obstacles.
Solution
We have carefully chosen partners who are addressing these obstacles and demonstrate the ability to scale.
In Kenya, the primary school drop-out rate is 27.2% and only 42% of girls and 40% of boys are enrolled in secondary school.
